It all started when Caleb, our founder, left the vast horizons of Texas in search of his next great adventure. Driven by the desire to explore, he traveled far and wide until he landed in the heart of New Jersey. The moment Caleb set foot in this beautiful state, he was captivated by its landscapes. From the rolling hills and quiet forests to the serene coastal shores, the beauty of New Jersey took hold of him in a way he’d never expected. But it wasn’t just the scenery that left an impact — it was the warmth of the people and the sense of community he found here.

It was in Cherry Hill, NJ, that the dream for North Eastern Coffee Co. was born. Caleb wanted to create more than just a coffee company. He wanted to bring people together to create a space where everyone could connect over the simple yet powerful act of sharing a cup of coffee.
